Build Your Own Recipe

A behavior change training toolkit in three parts covering nine domains: Health, Focus, Discipline, Stress & Recovery, Relationships, Creativity, Wealth, Leadership, and Systems.

Not self-help. Not motivation. Just repeatable levers, weekly tracking, and systems built for restarts—because you’re going to break.

Part 1: Foundations (Published FEBRUARY 2026)

Part 1 covers Health, Focus, and Discipline—the three domains that determine whether everything else works.

Health = Sleep, Nutrition, and Movement. The biology that runs the system.

Focus = How to protect your attention and eliminate scattered effort.

Discipline = How to rebuild fast when you break. Not willpower. Speed.

The toolkit includes 30 levers total across these three domains. Each chapter breaks down the mistakes, the systems, and the exact steps to implement them. Weekly tracking built in. No long-term planning. No 30-day challenges. Just one week at a time.

Part 2: Systems (Published March 2026)

Part 2 covers Stress & Recovery, Relationships, and Creativity – the three domains that determine whether you burn out, disconnect, or actually produce meaningful work.

Stress & Recovery = How to regulate pressure, recover faster, and stop running your nervous system into the wall.

Relationships = Communication, boundaries, trust, and social signals. How to reduce friction and improve the rooms you live and work in.

Creativity = How to turn ideas into consistent output. Less waiting for inspiration. More shipping.

The toolkit also includes 30 levers total across these three domains. Each chapter breaks down the mistakes, the systems, and the exact steps to implement them. Weekly tracking built in. No personality tests. No motivational speeches. Just repeatable systems designed for real life.

Part 3: the long game (Published MAY 2026)

Part 3 covers Wealth, Leadership, and Systems – the three domains that determine whether your effort compounds or disappears into chaos.

Wealth = Work, money, focus, and value creation. How to build systems that survive beyond motivation.

Leadership = Communication under pressure, decision-making, responsibility, and creating environments people can actually function in.

Systems = The long game. Routines, reviews, infrastructure, and the invisible rails that keep life stable during hard seasons.

The toolkit includes 30 levers across these three domains. Each chapter breaks down the mistakes, the systems, and the exact steps to implement them. Some tools are weekly. Others are situational, operational, or designed for long-term review and setup. The focus is not motivation – it’s building systems that keep working under pressure.

All the systems in this book come from actual failures across three careers: Moscow purchasing where exhaustion cost an expensive error, military contracts where vendor documentation changes cascaded into contractor problems, Amsterdam pastry where I rushed setup and sent out desserts I knew were borderline.

I’m not a performance coach. I’m not a productivity guru. Just someone documenting systems that survived real life.
